Dear Club Members and Friends

This year’s Annual Club Dinner is being held this year on Friday 13th April at the Westfield Court Hotel, Wylde Green, Sutton Coldfield, B72  1DJ. It is hoped that current Club members and/or partners and past players and friends will be able to join us for this occasion.  Guests are asked to arrive from 7.00pm onwards in time for dinner to be served from 7.30pm.

I have been asked by the hotel to determine diners’ choices for all three courses.


Vegetable Soup or Melon

Lamb Cutlets or Roast Beef or Vegetarian option, with a Selection of vegetables

Apple Pie and Custard or Fruit Roulade

Cheese and Biscuits

Tea or Coffee


The cost of the ticket remains at £25 per head.

Cheques for the cost of the tickets can be included with your reply – payable to Yardley Hockey Club.  Alternatively, you can pay on the night.

You are advised that the final cancellation date is Monday 9th April.
