The Club’s Men’s and Junior Section Management Committee would like to confirm the following arrangements for the annual end of season Dinner and Awards ceremony on Friday 26th April in the Queens Suite, at the local Sedgemere Sports and Social Club, Sedgemere Road, B26 2AX
It is unfortunate that the Club has not found it possible to arrange a joint-Section event, in spite of efforts to do so.
However, it is hoped that as many current Club Section members and/or partners and past players and friends as possible will be able to join us for this occasion.
The Club’s Annual Playing Awards will be presented at the end of the meal.
Guests are asked to arrive from 7.00-7.15pm onwards in time for dinner to be served from 7.45pm.
The bar will be open from about 7.00 till late!! Payment at the bar is cash or card.
The Menu choices (by arrangement with the Club) on offer are:

Therefore, I ask if you would complete the form below with your choices and let Peter know by Thursday
18th April, together with total payment to the Club by that same date.

It is important that all meal orders are sent to me by your preferred method by Thursday 18th April and all payments made to the Club by that date as well. This is because the Club needs to inform the Club of our menu choices in good time.
DIRECTIONS TO THE CLUB:
By Satnav: B26 2AX Entrance to the Club is off Sedgemere Road. There is ample parking at the Club – turn left as you enter through the gate.
Entrance to the Club is gained via an entrance signed ‘Queen’s Suite’ just to the right of the main entrance. The Queens Suite is to the right as you enter.
